jar of incense and help

Hi all, in the treasure of Shangri_La I've found a jar of incense. It's a wand that gives astral walk. 2 hours ago I've used it on myself: that sent me to a location with no exits and no pools. After waiting some minutes, since no one was online, I've gone ld.
Now I've found my character with a huge hole and naked. Curiously I still have my coins.

Jar of incense my be bugged... anyway, this is my first (and only) character, I'm lev M:13/C:14/W:12, I'm naked and I could really use some help to continue playing.
