Hello :-)) Can I learn dual wield in the shadows of the city if I have a cl-th-wa character? Now i m lev 30/36/40. GM says "You are not devoted enough to learn this art.".

so, dual wield is for single class rangers and thieves. Maybe monks as well? Cause I've encountered a dual wielding monk (Okido, in Shangri-La). Or at least, he looked like a monk... :-)
